Wat kan die meid koken zeg! Voor ons was 'A Proposito' altijd de lekkerste Italiaan in Rotterdam. Nu niet meer dus. Wij waren met z'n elven. En alle elf uiterst verwend in het culinaire circuit. Unaniem hebben we met z'n elven aan het eind van de avond de kokkin/gastvrouw uitbundig geprezen en de loftrompet gestoken. En wat een uitzonderlijk heerlijke Italiaanse wijnen heeft ze geschonken.

Huiskamerrestaurant van Stefania Balducci, een rasechte Italiaanse uit Assisi. Ze heeft maar 1 tafel, reserveren is dus verplicht. Je krijgt dan wel erg persoonlijke service! Afhalen kan ook, als je minstens 1 dag van tevoren belt om te vragen wat op het menu staat. Eerlijke Italiaanse gerechten, met liefde klaargemaakt. Heel erg lekker!

Het verjaardagsfeest van mijn dochtertje Kim was een groot succes! Dankjewel voor de goede zorgen en alle leuke dingen die de meiden mee naar huis konden nemen. Lieve Stefania,
Ik vond het heel leuk om pasta te maken en het was ook lekker. Ik weet nu precies hoe je pasta maakt. Eerst toen je het bloem op een hoopje voor me zette snapte ik er helemaal niks van maar daarna snapte ik dat je eerst deeg nodig had voordat je pasta gaat maken. Misschien kan ik wel een keer thuis zelf pasta maken (als we een pastamachinehebben) Een vriendinnetje zei dat ze misschien met haar feestje pasta gaat maken. Groetjes
